I need help saving my relationship

Last night my girlfriend of 5 months started telling me stuff like "I don't feel the same way anymore" "things aren't like they used to be" "I don't think we're right for each other" I'm trying to save my relationship and I don't know what to do, and how to change her mind. Maybe some of you have had similar experiences and can give me advice. Or what would you say to her if you were me? Thanks.

I am at that point myself. Sadly, that really means that the flame is over and when that happens, it is next to impossible to relight.

1) Don't commit to something that won't last. 2) If the thought of abuse crosses your mind at any point, reconsider where your relationship stands. Keep in mind that the large majority of high school relationships won't last into University. I know of 12 people who broke up with their partners from high school within 3 months of starting Uni :S. I'd say leave it, you'll look desperate and that's not a good thing, you'll only end up rubbing salt into the wound if you pursue her.

Well, maybe she is right but you need to double check. Is she pissed at you? Did you do something? Or maybe you're doing the same thing over and over and she feels like you're treating her like a friend more than a girlfriend. If it's not yourfault she's feeling this way, just see if it's a phase and try to talk with her about what makes her feel that way. If she still feels that way after about 2 weeks, you should probably break up.

A friend of mine had a girlfriend who was going to break up with him. But he saved it somehow and they've been together for over a year now. Not sure how he did it though. Just talk to your girlfriend. Tell her how much you love her and go out somewhere nice. Maybe do something you guys did when you first liked each other.

having problems within the first 6months means it isnt that good ._.... and is it because you dont do the things you used to cuz you feel "secure?" like when you were just flirtin/started goin out, you called her beautiful, told her you missed her, but after 3 or 4 months, you felt "secure" and stopped it all, expecting her to not mind?
