Just logged on after the patch. Clicked on the light bulb and got 1 perfect pitch. i am lv108 so i guess people that are higher levels would never be able to get the hat in 27 days.

the only people than can get the hat are lower levels, who level up like crazy for a month. The only people that can get the permanent artifact glasses are higher levels, who can destroy monsters at a very high rate. There are events for high levels and events for low levels. You can always make a new char for this one.

I think the average tickets would be about 2 per level right? Since we get 1~5 per level So unless you are extremely unlucky and get 1 per lvl... or else you probably can get 70 for a chaos scroll at 35, or that hat at lv 50

Guys i don't think there is a land mark lvl...i just got to lvl 70 and got 3 for lvling not land mark.

I dont think it's random. I've noticed that 4th job people at 120, 130, 140, 150, etc got 5 when they logged on. and people at random levels: 76, 139, 114, etc, only got 1 when they logged on. And the guy 2 above me got 3 for hitting 70. If i had to guess, it'd be 2nd and 3rd job: 3 every 10 (or possibly 5) level mark, and 4th job 5 every 10 (or maybe 5) level mark. Every level in between is just 1.

You get >1< pitch per level up. The amount of pitches you receive on your first level up varies: Everyone being level x1-x9 = 1 pitch. Everyone being on level x0 gets pitches depending on his level. Every 10 levels after level 30 are milestones. That's what I found out so far when making a new char.
