Unfunded Stat-less?

Hey guys, I was lookig to make a stat-less character but I am unfunded. It will become my main (like the one I will be training for a while,probably become my highest lvl char.) Is it possible? Or will I be at a severe disadvantage? There are the stat-less classes right? Dex-less Warrior Str-less Bowman Luk-less Magician Dex-less Rogue Dex-less Pirate (Brawler Only....Pirates don't go stat-less?) The two easiest will be Magician and Rogue I'm guessing....as they won't need accuracy equips and i can just wear whatever. If I go with a dex-less character....I will have a +10 DEX bathrobe.....but that's not a lot is it? Any tips and advice are appreciated guys.

[/quote] Long Time No See, take it from meeee, str-less slinger will last you not that long, youll have to start spending ap on dex to equip your guns if your unfunded, and also dex-less warrior is best, because warriors dont need dex to equip armor and weapons, only str, so it will be the EASIEST, Mage, is THE EASIEST ALSO, so MAGE and WARRIOR. take mages from my buddy up dere.

[/quote] Wrong, unfunded Dexless Warrior is far from the easiest because you won't be hitting anything with that base 4 dex. A Str-less Slinger will have more than enough dex to equip his stuff; he'll wont have enough weapon attack because there aren't many strong and easily obtainable str-less guns to use. Because of that, it's better to go low-str or normal Slinger.

[/quote] OMG J000. I miss you. Add my Bishop, ZipperDood. My boyfriend is on it right now, just tell him you know me. =D Uhm... Just to make this post relevant... Luckless Mage equips are purely based off NPC's until about 50. At level 50 you can get a scrolled Yellow Umbrella if you're a damage/fund ho. Also, for Priests, a Black Umbrella always works for the unfunded. :D (Priests ONLY! Got that?) Also, levels 40~85 = No potion use whatsoever if you're smart. This can continue until 120 if you find a DK trainings at Gallos for some odd reason, but, chances are, no.

[/quote] Not exactly, since lukless mages stop getting weapons at level 64 (Maplr Staff/Wand) they need a good weapon, which may cost a lot of money, also a good lukless mage needs INT equips (Not a must though) which as we all know, maple economy hates us and INT prices are very expensive for good ones. So I would actually say in MY point of view, lukless mages do need funding, and they are NOT cheaper then a normal mage. -Flameshield On-

[/quote] I look at it this way, after my experience to at least level 75 with all of the characters. F/p - Leveling Speed. (Its pretty dam sexy. Well, if you go poison, that is.) I/l - Flashiness (Ice FTW?) Bishop - MONEYZ0R. @Above, wrong. I'm stronger than heavily funded 13X+ Bishops with everything clean. 1 INT = 1 M.att. Remember that. At level 120, that's 123 extra m.att. I went from 1-103 with clean equips, except I 100%'d my Wisdom staff at one point.

I/L and Cleric are my choices although I/L seems really weak until they get a high level elemental atk, I've CPQd with some ~35 mages and they can't do much...... then again, no non-sin ranged class can do much at CPQ until like 40...right? I/L vs. Cleric: FLAME WAR ON! lolz...jks. Pros and Cons of each?

Really saves potions, and allows very early Gallo training, along with other areas. They look sexy. Elemental Weapon Advantages. Only mage class with an unrestricted mob in 2nd job. =D Amplification. Cons: Crap Damage until high levels. (This goes for all mages, honestly.) Elemental Weapons can be pretty expensive Bishops - Pros: Heal is a great mob, and most 2nd job training spots are undead now a'days. (V/Hoodoo, Mp3, etc.) Great support class, making you in very high demand for PQ's and some boss runs. Genesis is the best ultimate in 4th job, or at least in my opinion. (670 Attack, and it has an amazing speed.) Extremely low pot burn, raking in loads of money. Very early Gallo training, allowing a hasty 3rd job. Cons: Generally weaker than Arch Mages in the higher levels. No Elemental Weapon advantages. No Amplification. Training is heavily restricted to undead monsters in 2nd job.

hmmm pulling me towards cleric now...... so my training should be like this right: 1-30: Who cares this stuff is easy, 3-4 days MAX 31-38: Mushroom PQ? 38-50: CPQ, Ludi Quests 50-55: Grind Somewhere? 55+: MP3, Jesters, just spam it?
