New Event = raise in atk belts & drop in chaos prices?

Wondering if the Perfect Pitch event will make attack belts raise in price and chaos scrolls drop.. If chaos' are untradeable, will atk belts still raise? o-o;

When there are more chaos scrolls in the market, it would make it easier and cost less to scroll a clean att belt. OT: I'm wondering the samething =

If it was that easy, chaos scrolls will deflate by over 50%. It's just like the cash shop surprise event. You'll get one every 5 levels. Ex. 45,50,55,60
