Well, this may not help since I am just starting chief-hood, but I use it all the time. I use assaulter to get around enemies and for stunning, and BoT when there are enough people around to make it good. If you are asking whether or not you should max it, you should. Nothing else is as important for low level dits.

K thanks all and Im going to max it obviously. Its just that since i made a Bandit i was wondering what skills people rely on the most since they have a lot of attacking a skills.

I used it a lot til 14x (only good 1v1 skill til 4th, you cant call assulter 1v1 its more of a movement skill) and back then it was. Bstep, SB x2 (old Bstep delay). then later on when ass got to 20ish i sort of shifted to Assassinate+Bstep i still use it. Not as often through. its actually rather usefull at bigfoot =] I also use it in zak (similar bosses that can use 1/1) if im lagging

im only lvl 85 and bombed my way to 81, but i use it to finish up mobs after i spam BoT at typhons.

A lot, actually. Boomstep --> Savage Blow is quite useful.

Almost never. Only when I need to poison something after I screwed up with my Taunt timing or I need to pick off 1 single monster inside a mob that took damage (again, poison related) so I can Taunt the rest of the mob right before they die. A cookie to whoever actually understands what I'm trying to say.
