Question about Blessing of the Fairy

If I have two CKs on the same account, and I delete the first one, will blessing of the fairy on my originial character be increased/decreased to match the level of the second knight, or will the skill be lost altogether?

I believe your highest level adventurer is always paired with your highest level cygnus.

Now the character with the highest level gives bless to all the other characters and the second with the higher level gives bless to the on with highest level
