Perfect Pitch event

Well, since as you all know there is a perfect pitch event coming up, I thought it might be nice to clarify and ask a few things. First off, when the new helm comes out, won't Scarlion and Tagaras helms go down? And second, because of the chaos scroll prize, chaos scrolls are dropping rapidly. (chaos scrolls normally were 105M+, now they're less than 60M) But, 100 points for the helm is a little bit pricey don't you think? I don't want to have to level up 100 times just to get a level 70 helm -.- Tell me what you think of this new event and how NEXON has crapped up the maplestory economy.

I think that we don't know enough about the specifics of the event to be making speculations.

If you read around you'd know the answers. Hat is untradable and you might get more than 1 per lvl randomly.

Nexon gets more greedy since they want people to buy more nx... I mean back then they had like all day 2x plus events where u can win a lot of maple points. Now nothing... Yes the prices will drop a bit but im pretty sure it'll go up after the event.

I agree with Coldshadow completely; and you also left out the part where you get extra points for milestones. Also, since when were chaos scrolls less than 60m?

It should be 1-5 points per level plus milestone levels (meaning you should only need to git level 35-40 to get the helm), and because we dont have the PSoK it will not affect the market significantly. But chaos scrolls will drop a bit from people making mules just for them. @above: it does kind of suck... and its the only non-ugly godly hat in the game.

In Spadow's Blog, it says KMS had the same event,with same rewards, but the chaos scrolls were untradeable So this event may have untradeable chaos scrolls

Don't the new hats expire? T.T Also, I'm pretty sure you get the points depending on your level so people don't go mass leveling low level accounts...

Well, on BasilMarket, (in Bera) most of the auctions for the scroll are less than 72M and since Basil is a little cheaper than the FM in the worlds, I thought they would be at max 80M. But, i guess I was wrong. -.- And btw, the hats DON'T expire. At least not i don't think O_O
