Can a level 50 CK go to Kerning Mall?

I need to know if a level 50 CK can go to Kerning Mall.

My Characters: Embar - 72 Windia Crusader

Theres no level requirement to go their, however quests are 30-50 so yeah

Yes CKs and Legends can do the quests, lvl range is 30-50 tho, but even after that, you can still go there.
