Starting over in new world

I have been in Scania for 2 years now and I want to try out a new world. I don't want a crowded or dead world. I can transfer my items through mts, but I only have 4 nx I have a Deputy Star, a 2 atk PAC and 60 mill in Scania. So,which world should I start in and what 4 items should I get then transfer

Something like Broa or Bera or Bellocan..Something starting with 'B'. Khaini is decent, but it might be a little unpopulated
