Base Dex 25 AP reset?

Is it possible to ap reset my 25 base dex as a hermit because it was the requirement to become a rogue. Ty for help.

No, 25 base is the lowest you can possibly go.

Lol that would be so cool. Why don't you just buy an AP reset and try it out? If it doesn't work you can HP wash once.

You can't, lowest is 25.
