To please stop these nonsense threads. I'm getting extremely tired of seeing threads about religion, racism, homosexual rights, abortion, etc. It's getting out of hand, the ones that are honestly getting ridiculous are the religion and gay rights threads. Let me tell you all something, I'm going to be as clear as possible about this in as few sentences as possible, for the sake of keeping it basic. Threads like religion and gay rights end up going no where. All of you obviously succeed at getting your point across, but fail as well by starting senseless flame wars with other users. Your opinion is not important if it results in beginning a stupid feud, it only gets people angrier and causes them to start THEIR OWN pointless threads, it's a chain of never-ending pointless threads that all end up EXACTLY THE SAME. I know people are going to say things like "but that's why we have a chat island, to discuss things like this". But are your thoughts on a certain subject worth upsetting a good amount of people? Are you so selfish that you MUST post these threads, knowing the consequences, such as a flame war and potential locked thread? This is pretty much all I have to say, I get this feeling THIS will end up being a "pointless thread" that ends up in the chain of never-ending pointless threads, but it's worth a shot to attempt to help "enlighten" the users of basil that their opinions honestly are not worth a huge disagreement over a certain topic. I'm also tired of seeing this site being bashed on BY IT'S OWN USERS. That is very sad. Okay, thanks for reading this, hopefully I've "enlightened" a few of you.

Every other topic besides these are stupid. For example: Title: OMGGGGGG Thread: Hi b4s1lz. Then there are 40 pages of repeated comments about flame wars, trolling, complaining, arguing, stupid jokes, bannings, etc.. Its those topics about religion, race, etc. that keep basil entertaining for the mature audiene.

Look, we appreciate and understand the frustration you experience, bur you simply have to go on and know that petty arguments continue even in the face of logic. It's unstoppable. Why do you even...care? If you don't realize, this is the chat section of a gaming auction forum. If you want a thread discussing things you'd like to talk about, make your own or go to a more mature site. No one is asking you to enter threads you dislike. In addition, stop making such baseless assumptions. Your logic is completely out-of-place. Who says anyone actually gets angry over flame threads? People continue posting in those threads because they want to. Don't go around making up emotions for us. And don't go around accusing us of being "selfish." It's the chat section. Of a gaming forum. Edit: Lol exdeath, how much you wanna bet the two grey blobs are the same guys? The TS logged off as soon as the second grey blob posted. :0
