maplestory NX card problem

i bought a $10 card about 2 days ago and tried redeeming now, and it keeps continuously telling me that its already been redeemed when itmost certainly hasnt, what can i do?

Either ask Nexon (ticket system) or somebody has used your card somehow...either by scratching it or idk.

Was the gray part of the card scratched already? If it was.. someone may have used the code already.

Try to find your receipt and reactivate the card? The card only stays activated for 3 hours I believe.

I think someone probably got extremely lucky by typing in random codes and somehow got yours to work right after you bought it.

That's weird because I just got 10k nx and I never bought any nx or redeemed any cards. Hmm.

Hm when my friends buy NX cards, they have to reactivated once 3 hours are up.
