Parasites in your eyes?

So like the title says is there such a thing an if so could u see them? See my problem is when I move my eyes anywhich way this "stuff"(lines, darkish spots, worm "like" lookingthings) I haven't really noticed it untill rcentally? Anyone have any ideas? And whenever I lay down on my stomach and relax my back muscles there is intense pain in my lower back region. It does go away after a few seconds but it really hurts. Any ideas?

there is such a thing as parasites in eyes which is serious but its most likely what is stated above im pretty sure you need laser surgery to remove them
