He never said, "HEY! I'M CAPCO AND I HACKED THE RavenSCA." If that's the GM's IGN.. He used his hacker name ekko and kept spamming it like crazy. I was there when it happened. I think that either that they tracked his IP when he did whatever he did to gain access to the account. Or he was banned for something else. I REALLY doubt that Nexon would ban him just because a large amount of scanians KNOW that CAPCO= ekko. It just wouldn't be very professional to give a ban like that. Well who knows? I may be wrong. I probably am to some extent.

Eck0 has an entire page of his evidence of his hacking; they just decided it wasn't worth it to pursue legal action against a gamer. Biggest reason why D/C hackers and Acc hackers don't get banned.

Hence they can do whatever they want do their own property. People thought it was illegal since they thought the packets were still property of Nexon.

I just said it'd be unprofessional to ban with no solid proof. However, it is their servers and their memory. Nexon can do whatever the hell they want with it. Lol EDIT: He does o.o? is it in his photobucket? Lol I saw when he hacked the other level 200's. Can you link it to me?
