Chaos Scroll's explode items ?

Do they? I thought it only gave a 60% chance of it working.. but when i watched youtube vids... sometimes.. items blew up! So how much % chance will it blow up? 10%?

Chaos scrolls don't blow anything up.

they cant blow anything up, they can just make whatever you're scrolling pretty much useless @above, the 40% is the chance that the scroll does nothing Theres a 60% chance that it does anything, positive or negative

They don't blow up it gives a (+1) but its gonna be grey because its gonna be below avg if it fails

[/quote] The Chaos Scroll 60% chance of working, 40% chance of failure. If the scroll does work, you then have a chance of the stats on the item being raised by 1-5 or a chance of the stats on an item being lowered by 1-5. There's also a chance that the stats won't be affected at all.
