Does anyone know how long it takes for nexon to reply? For anyone has has been banned for payment issues. How long did it take for Nexon to give a reply to the e-mails you sent to billingpp@nexon.net ?

Yea, I'm having the same problem on my account... This is just great. Oh and, nexon takes around 1 ~ 2 months to reply to emails! Good luck dude... /end sarcasm.

From my own experience, they usually take up to 2 weeks to reply. I'm not sure if things have changed now, but when my friend submitted a ticket to them about the same problem you are experiencing, it took them about almost 2 months to FINALLY look at the ticket.

i have the same exact friggen problem i logged a ticket in the beginning of february and they didnt reply for 2 weeks so i logged another around the 16th and they stilll havent replied to either! %!@#%$&

Hahaha, about that billing@nexon.net thing. I've sent 'em one cause I had an issue with one of my accounts having the same problem. It's been 2 weeks now and ALL they replied was : "Please provide us with your Nexon Passport ID" What the heck? I've SENT you an email using my EMAIL that I registered with, can't you tell my ID?... I mean seriously? lol

Hi mohd! You should log a ticket, they mostly answer them. It usually takes ~2 weeks but now I had sent a ticket a month ago and it still isn't answered. @Mohd: Lol, you should tell them the mapletips say you should never give your id, pw or pin to anyone including GMs.

They replied in about 3 days for my payment issues ticket all it said was "Your account ban has been lifted, sorry for the inconvenience."
