I asked some people and i'm getting mixed P/C's. Some say not it's even worth 1mil and others say over 100mil? Can anyone give me it's real price? Plz & ty. =]

Go look in fm or mts? The prices are different in every world, some items cost hundreds of mils less in the older worlds.

Tempest is pretty useless thats why its so cheap. Its about 3-4mil

Less than 1m. I have one in my inventory. It wasn't even worth selling because I needed the extra slot. It drops at oblivion 4 so it isn't worth much.
