Does Nexon even care about Eck.o?

All these years, YT.MS, Eck.o, and more have been hacking so much, yet Nexon NEVER banned them....why? There was a crap load of proof why didn't Nexon ban them? Will they do it now, or say ''That's not proof''. This is so annoying Nexon what are you gonna do about it? Nothing? The only question I have is, why they were never banned before. I mean, Nexon shouldn't be stupid enough to know that Ec.ko isn't a hacker ._. .
