Spearman vs Aran (Poll)

I'm having trouble deciding what I want to be, I don't really like Aran (I'm only level 20) Should I keep the Aran or go with a Spearman? Which is better and why? Or you could just vote in the poll only lol

Hb isn't needed mostly with exception of a few boss runs or low lvl buyer runs, I have never taken a single dk in my zak runs.

Get your aran to 70 asap for the ring. I will give you some pros and cons for 4th job aran/drk DrK Lowest dpm of the warriors, slow attacks and 50% hp. Although on 2-3 mobs a DrK/Hero would match/beat an aran. HB is an incredibly valuable party skill, thus making DrK the most valuable party bosser of all the warriors. Aran Best theoretical 1v1 dpm of all the warriors, especially with apples + SE. fastest training in my opinion However, bossing wise, every aran i have bossed with loses their combo at least a dozen times.(more for HT) In that time any other warrior would probably output more dpm.

Though i have been taken on alot of random boss runs for my hb, even when the people didnt need it. Most people just enjoy the comfortability of having to pot after two hits instead of one i guess.

OT: DK's -HB -Crusher -Dragon Roar -Slower -Boss runs -Not a legend class ARAN= -Fast -Combo's -Expensive to a point -Low hp -Great range and easy to train -Not many boss runs.

my dk friend got to lvl 76~90 in about the same time as i got to lvl 30~86, where about the same fundings and hes been lvlings more easily now ever since he got to lvl 87, its been easy training for my aran but so far its still like 2 hours 1 level for me since lvl 70

I was 1vs1 in cpq, level 50 Aran versus a level 50 Spearman. He won by 300 CP's.

No Aran will ever Solo Zakum at 119, no fighter can solo Zakum at 119 and for hell no any White Knight. Arans are the worst warrior. People only think they are good b/c they can attack 12 at once. And I've notice it's like Chain Lightning. Gets weaker on every other monster hit. My priest has to train with a level 129 Aran b/c he can't survive well at himes. It's pathetic that people think Arans are good. It's a hype. The only use they have it to make me look better.

Crusaders and White Knights could easily do it if they could feasibly hit the top right arm, but they can't. I believe DKs have to switch to Fury to hit it. Although there is the issue of Crusher killing the arms faster than the combos with Panic/Coma could, while Crusader would have much higher DPS during the bodies. Makes me wonder actually which would solo faster given no restrictions on hitting arms at level 119. Hmm, now if only there were some way I could fight Zakum in a FM room where I could hit it with whatever I want and build a character with equips very quickly to try that out. ... Oh, wait a minute...

[/quote] a aran soloed zak at lvl 119 with 400% buff, people at lvl 119 can solo zak but rather do something else better.
