So, I'm farely new to Photoshop and I've been IN LOVE with Borderlands recently so I made a signature picture for forums, rate, tips? http://i1009.photobucket.com/albums/af214/code4242/BorderlandsSignatureNoneditablepng.png ]It's My 3rd Photoshop!

I would lower the brightness of the lightning in the background. And the font colour doesn't go too well. Besides that, it's pretty good.

linked Text is unreadable. If the lightning weren't there it'd be a bit better, but that looks like part of the image.

I'm sorry, but this is pretty atrocious. I'm guessing the above two have never worked Photoshop before? - Did you hand-make that lightning background, or was it just found and copy pasted into the sig? - I'm happy you overlapped the render with the background, but the background completely puts down the render. - The text, firstly, "____ is ninja," use a better font and learn some text effects. - The xbox 360 in the corner is not good, get rid of it. Never take a picture and use it as a background without any editing, that's all i have to say. In signatures, never put large blocks of text in them. It attracts too much attention, which it shouldn't.

[/quote] I'm not completely sure. Find something that would work well with the colours already in the picture, but make sure it is readable.

You can do that in Paint with the right type of font.

Considering you're new to shoops I'd just say change the font to make it easier to read, and get rid of the XBOX logo.
