hey i changed my ip address and im still blocked? are any of you able to log in

You just need to change your password from the website and re log. It worked for all of my accounts.

They blocked my IP on the 28th and still have not unblocked it! We are a family of 4 here playing and I am not sure what else I can do! They say 2-7 days to respond! And we are all wireless from the main computer so none of us can play! I am so angry I just don't know what to do! Help me please! <3

Sue them? Can't...cuz they put a statement out that says there are innocent people that were affected and they will review their tickets to see if they can be unblocked! They covered their butt on that one huh? Kinda like they knew this was going to happen? Whatcha think? <3

u should do what i did, i just writed anything on id and pass like id: asdfasfasdf pass: adfasdfa. They said something like they will proccess my request. and next day i could log on. u should try xD! i was ip blocked 2 days.
