Transformation Skill Build or Energy Build?

I've just gotten too level 70 and I'd like too know which would be better in the long run. I've read a few guides that have disproved and approved this build, I'd like too know from you guise basil.

Energy charge with blast and drain would be the best. Don't max shockwave, you'll end up regretting it.

Shockwave is slow. Plus, eventually energy blast will be updated to stun so might as well.

Energy build. Shockwave is simply too slow to be of any use. Energy Blast is spammable AND powerful and you could probably land 2-3 hits by the time you land 1 shockwave. Also in combination with MP Recovery, Drain will reduce your pot costs by a ton. Shockwave should literally be your last skill to puts points into.

Shockwave is so much more fun... Regardless of which path you choose--you should at least get 4 Charge and 1 Drain before even worrying with your path.

From my experience, Shockwave is much much slower. Though, I'm still not sure if it's effective at Galloperas or Himes. Supposedly, Energy Blast is still better. :x I plan to leave Shockwave at level 1 or 11, lol.

Energy build, by far, is the better option. Energy Blast is equivalent, if not better, when compared to shockwave. Not to mention the other advantages that you gain (accuracy, damage etc.) and the fact that you are also able to use Energy Drain, while in 'Energy mode'. Although Transform gives you free haste, it's hardly useful when you'd be mainly using CSB to travel around (as you should be constantly mobbing).

I maxed out doubleshot instead of shockwave.
