i cant find somewhere to recharge these stars

So i was training at gallos and i have found 10+ sets of paper plane stars... i decided to make a sin and i cant figure out where to recharge these planes

theres the paper planes you buy at NLC that cant be recharged might be thosebut idk

as far as i know, paper fighter planes can't be recharged at all. they usually sell for 100k in the FM.

i think you can recharge them in showa ;O

Its a glitch...... some ffed up starz from kms in kms u recrhge at showa

they will be rechargeable soon, like when oranges first came out in the same way.
