i got a call from Nexon.

Well on the morning of february 28th, 2010 about 10:30 i got a call from Nexon representative, so this whole thing started when i was IP banned and filled out that form after you get the message of being IP banned. i filled out the form about 2-3 days prior to the call. on february 28th i received a call from Nexon representative who asked me for the verification, for the verification he asked me some questions. he asked me the following question: where do you reside?: i told him Canada Toronto who is your Internet Provider?: i told him Rogers Internet. when did this ban occur?: i told him on february 28th, 2010. what is your Nexon ID?: i told him ......... have you purchased any mesos or nx from illegal sites?: i said no i only buy nexon cards occasionaly from Shoppers Drug Mart. at last he told me you will get a call from nexon once the investigation with your internet provider is finished, because the internet provider did not give a call to nexon about some verification. EDIT: people asking how did they get my #: when you fill out the form they ask you for your phone number and your email. i gave them both, i guess they contacted me through phone people saying administrator will not ask you for your id password and pic: he asked my ID for verification of what ID i put in while i was filling out the form. he is not a ADMIN, he is a call representative. people saying they dont work on monday-friday: this is a call representative NOT a GM. he handles customer service through phone not WEB customer service.

he was not a GM, he is a call representative! he did not ask for my account information he asked for the ID only so he can verify the ID fillen out in the FORM!

wow people that think he is lieing obviously don't know anything about the Nexon company XD. He never once said he was talking to an Admin/Gm he said he was talking to a "Nexon customer service representative" Dont know what that means? Google it.... So, let me get this straight. They are calling people about their IP bans, but they are not posting on their website saying that they are handling the situations. Nexon needs to reorganize their priorities.
