so just wondering, how do you make them and who do you go to? are there quests needed to be done to make them first? so who do i go to specifically to make them in nlc?

Go to one of the NPCs at dead mans gorge at haunted house. You need: 30 typhon feathers 100 black crystals (not ores) 1 tao of sight 1 tao of harmony 1 tao of shadows and mesos (under 1m)
