I have a nx'ed out lvl 73 hermit that took me ages to get to that level and I had a good guild and lots of friends on it and I got IP banned and when i get un IP banned i have to reactivate my account since i attempted to log into it and the email was on a comcast account, I dont have comcast anymore hence they deleted the email account. so I'll just request to change my email OH WAIT I CANT I forgot my security question that is required! well i guess i just lost an account i worked for 3 years on bye maplestory i guess i have to quit. CAN ANYONE POSSIBLY HELP

why are you blaming nexon? if you changed your email adress, you should have changed your personal settings/stuff in your nexon account or at least have jotted it down, not to say i don't feel sorry for you, but that is in no way nexon's fault. now have a nice day/night and go play outside/sleep

dude, i didnt purposely switch email adresses they DELETED my email because i no longer had their service (yes it is nexons fault because if they hadnt ip banned me in the first place i wouldnt have to worry about this crap would I)

You need to email Nexon and tell them that you changed ISP and that you no longer have access to the registered email account.
