Main reason for the thread: Im 94 pounds. That's like how much an 8-year-old weighs. D: Lets clear a couple things up before I continue. The reason for my severe underweight-ness is due to a side effect of the drug Dextroamphetamine (marketed as Dexatrine I believe.) The side effect is oddly enough labeled as anorexia (this is entirely different from the mental disorder Anorexia Nervosa.) This is merely the physical side-effect. ...this means I don't purposely starve myself and punch a mirror shouting "NOT PRETTY ENOUGH NOT PRETTY ENOUGH! F5" Back to the point: How can I gain weight? Its hard to understand even to me. I'm pretty sedentary, yet I don't look like the steriotypical couch potatoe (not that I want to be that...divide that by like 6 and that's about right :3) Suggestions are welcome! Comments and critizism are welcome @ will be major lulz!

Just eat fattening foods (doesn't have to be fast food), and don't work out.

go to mcdonalds every day twice a day for the next week and you should gain maybe 30 pounds

Simple. Eat tons of unhealthy stuff over a period of a month and see what happens. (Make sure you maintain all 5 food groups while doing so)

You are one skinny guy. I thought I was skinny =P I'm also 16 years old 5'7" but I weigh 115~120 (My weight changes every month or so)

eat monosaturated fat. avocados are a good recommendation.

i'm 15 i'm 107lbs. i wear size 14 shoes. and i'm 5ft9. the reason i stay so skinny is because i have a strong matabulism. i dont see how though. i like almost never exercise. if you find a better solution to gain weight. and it's still not working. maybe you just have a strong matabulism?
