The Population of "Heal+HS-Slave" (jk jk, I mean priest)

Hi basilers, This may seem silly, but I'm really curious =/ Has the priest population gone down that much? It's odd that everytime I walk past some attacking class or into dojo....people will f5 or f6 me and scream: "BL me!" "zomg a PRIESTTTT" "party me! please! for leech" etc I usually have to refuse b/c my BL has 4 space left until it's 100... and I select friends into my BL carefully f3 Has the priest population really gone down in your server? Whenever my BL or alliance scream, "We need HS!", I would tell them, "why don't you go pick up one at places like gallops? even mp3 o.O!" They told me priests are scarce, yet I see them everywhere lol.

Priests are a dying class? Most of the ones that are playing now are the ones that played for a while. I guess the party exp change screwed up priests as a whole, no more easy leeching with HS. I have a friend whose has a priest and people PAID her to HS them and leech exp at a newtie party, while before the change, priests loved to be in newtie parties.

Priests r dieing out. I made mine just for HS Muloe, and trust me, The new exp formula makes it hell. I got my priest to lv 89 be4 leeching off my aran @ gallos... Now its lv 93.. I made my priest a month ago

Priests just fly off to Bishops too soon I suppose o_O Either that or the clerics stay as clerics for too long

The party formula slowed down training for Priest, as its been reduced by half, and still the fastest method of training, as such, many people stopped making Priest or quit theirs.

I haven't noticed any change in priests population.. i can always randomly find a priest to train with when i need one.

wot? i see a priest w/ an attacker at himes every day, either actively at himes, or about to go to himes from mushy shrine. and during 2x, there's about 5-6 priests in the hime channels.

Haha, you are so funny. Clerics/Priests always have been, and always will be, overpopulating the MapleStory world. You just need to know where to look. Yes, Mysterious Path 3 and Encounter With the Buddha are two good maps to search for them. Do not worry, you are not the only priest left. (;

Priests have lowered for many reasons: 1. Exp formula weeded out the weaklings. 2. Massive hacking epidemic. 3. Balance Patch. 4. There have been high increase in amount of players quitting in general. All jobs and classes have seen many players quit. 5. Other reasons. Priests aren't the only class that has seen much less players.

Well, it has been pretty interesting being a Priest in Windia. At magatia PQ when there are in fact ppl there, its flooded with priests like not one I/L or F/P. So idk And it has been a HS and Heal slavery. Funny how no one asks for dispel o.O when they (well in my partys) A. dont have all cure B. Dont ask for dispel C. dont even notice i am taking a way there god damn curse or whatever lol. Doesnt really matter it depends on how u look at it MANY MANY MANY clerics i see never make it to 70 lol dont know why i feel like that probly cuz it felt like that for me:P but as soon as priests are eligible to particiapte in a Dreamy Ghosts Party with your DK friend / stranger xD or urself it goes by quickly i'd assume :D

Priest just have hive mind. Where you go other priests go, but no other classes will follow. Thats why you see a lot of priests but no one else does :O amirite?

I don't see Priests often, and if I do they look pretty dedicated. I see a ton of 3x-5x Clerics and they just stay like that.
