Can't log into the website

I've been trying to log on the website for 2 days to buy some nx, but for some reasons it won't let me log in .. It says : "Your account id is incorrect". My ID can't be incorrect since it works IG, i'm on my char ATM ! Help anyone ?

I'd say try to call nexon or send them a mail. I'd personally go for calling them.

Yes i have the same problem. When i try to log into my account it says the ID is wrong and when i log into my friend's account it goes to one of my ring mules accounts. I was like WTF ? I don't know what is wrong with the site.

Could be fault on their side, if it isnt, pt etre ..the keyboard settings? Like, maybe you use different keyboard layouts, and when switching between browser/game, it keeps different layouts(this happens to me quite often ). Sounds a bit unlikely, since you probaly did login before, moreover you can see your login.. Id take a look on it tho

instead of going to the maplestory nexon site, go to nexon.net & log in. Edit: Oh wait, your in EMS, not GMS. woops.

I had a similar problem not long ago - what happened here was that it would ONLY let me log in with my main account, and I couldn't log onto my shop account to charge nx and buy a store. What I did was to clear the cookies from my browser, then uncheck the "Remember ID" box on the login page, and now it will let me log on either account. If this works for you, just remember not to tick the "Remember ID" box after you've cleared your cookies - it seems that once you tick that, it won't let you log into your other accounts. -_-

Uh so my comp was messed up. I reinstalled and now i can log in normally.
