I lost my account

I did the find password thing when NO ONE could log in, I put in right information it sent the new P/W to my email, It was the right email cuz when the 3 month password change came out I changed my pw and I got a email from it but right now when they sent me a new p/w I get nothing even after 30 mins? So i lost aran and my only account..

You can always make a new account, and a level 35 Aran isn't that hard to remake.
