Why can't they just banned Y.T.M.S.?

Title says it all. Why can't they just ban him/her then fix the servers? Edit: Tried making a new account.. Worked but after logging out failed Edit 2: Tried changing pass, error 401 appeared Edit 3: Tried redownloading again.. failed Edit 4: Finished downloading

if you ban a Y.T.M.S.: they willl make a new account, if you perma ban: new account, if you IP ban:change IP/new account. so really it wouldnt do any good

He makes his money stealing and stripping little kid's accounts by falsely offering them free NX in smegas. There's a lot of people that have made a lot more off the game and never stolen anything from anyone. Also, I'm not a kid, and you can't buy NX in my country. Those screenshots have been sent to Nexon already. Anything he duped is toxic at this point. If they ban him on the accounts that hold duped items or items that were used to dupe with, he will lose everything he has since he stupidly duped everything of value already. If his duped-item holding accounts are banned, he's gone for good. He won't have anything of value left to come back to. Many people that were online when the servers crashed cannot get back online now.
