Neo City Quest Glitch?

so. i was doing the long strand of quests with a friend for neo city. i got to the year 2215 and finished the may quest. the quest after that told me to find another survival, bao. i found bao and finished the quest. HOWEVER, bao did not give me the next quest that i was suppose to receive (kill 50 iruvatas). there was no lightbulb over his head or anything D: so i went back to may--nothing from her. but the boss portal was open, so i killed the boss and went back to andy. andy gave me exp for completing the quest for killing the year 2215 boss. BUT. no new quest to kill nex (the tree boss gatekeeper) SO. WHAT DO I DO NOW D: my friend is completely unharmed and he is able to go along with the rest of the quests but it seems like i got glitched for some reason. does anyone know of any reason why things turned out this way? D: im just a little annoyed that ive wasted so much time already and i can't even finish things -__-; and. off topic but p/c 20dex FEMALE robe?

Um, I haven't even got to Neo City, but don't you have to be certain levels to go to certain places?

i thought you just had to be 70+ for ALL quests? unless there's specific level requirements for each section?

theres 2 quests for that 1 year you see. kill the boss again and it should drop the marble =D i just finished all the quests on my main so yea...

your welcome. the watches are annoying...for some reason they kept on dropping on the first day i started the quest and then now, i gotta kill so many of those beetles just to get 1. ~_~

You have to be a higher level lol your only level 77 even if your level 78 you have to be 79 to do next quest and 80 to move to next area

i was with a lvl 8x doing the last friken quest that has lvll 9x monsters in it...
