Fastest non-mage class from 1-80?

I wanna be able to level a character (not a mage) to level 80 within 3 weeks, with 2x and 4x and endless grinding at my disposal. I have funding for decent equips too. Any suggestions? edit: oops, i meant within 3 weeks.
