Well I'm not really sure if I have a concussion or not, but I heard that if you go to sleep with it, you could slip into a coma. Any tips? I might've broken my nose because I ran into a metal bar that I didn't see and fell back so hard that the back of my head hit the ground and bounced back up a little. Blacked out for like 5 seconds.
