How to get +3 More STR on my DEXLESS DIT

I just got to lvl 50...And spend a bunch of my meso on a new scrolled diamond dagger...BUT it requires 8 str to wear. I have a speng nec so then that makes +5 str of my base of 4. i only have about 45M (poor as hell) So how can I get +3 more str to equip the dagger?

What the first poster said, and if you are level 50, I'd save that 45 mil for a zhelm and just use a blue bamboo hat for the time being for now.

Level up and u get +5 stats to put on strong, it doesnt make that sych difference 3 STR if ur dexless :P

Don't use a Blue Bamboo Hat. Why not? You can't. It needs 30 base STR.

put a few points into str when you level next time. most cbs end up putting points into str later on anyways, and it's not like 3 str will make any difference in your damage now.
