How do you get Wild Wolf Bandana?

As the title states, can anyone tell me how many tokens to get in order to get a Wild Wolf Bandana? I really want it, and I'm a slow leveler with low funds, and level 70... Also, are the tokens retroactive, like, if you got to level 70 before the event, can you still get the tokens you get from levels 1-70?

don`t think so, and you need to lvl 100 times to get it o.o Maybe start new char and stack 2x exp cards...

Level up, at some points you will get more than one point. This is undetermined though

We DO know that at certain points in leveling, we get extra Notes. The only "note-worthy" items are the Spirit of Rock Chair (Untradeable) - Cost 25 Notes , Chaos Scroll (Rumored, not confirmed, to be untradeable.
