Nexon has responded and have taken a big step toward account security. It is now mandatory to change your passwords every 3 months. They have also implemented a new system recently called the PIC. The pin was utterly useless, for I can crack a pin within hours. Some of you had stated, this new ip ban system is a punishment for multiple accounts, this is not entirely true. Ip banning is a beneficial system which reduces the method of phishing. Getting your pw incorrectly multiple of times in a short period of time is very unlikely, and wouldn't you rather assume it was a hacker? They have also took their time to do a site and a login maintenance, to enhance security or anything that bypasses or tend to give a threat to nexons customers. although some of you believe nexon is a highly advance organization that can't be hacked, that is not entirely true. There are a few programs that come to my mind when bypassing nexon's firewalls. Well Nexon is a bit late, but overall they are trying. ~>rilach<~.

instead of them making new classes every month why dont they just update there firewall instead of making there customers suffer.

Great now all they have to work on is customer service. And I also wouldn't mind seeing GMs outside of crowded, lag filled events and if they would stop smegaing "Buy NX today".

A theory I have come up with for the new password change campaign is the goal to eliminate meso farmers. If my theory is true, expect a silent change in the value of mesos and nx. But then again, these meso farmers are not stupid; they will find a way to get around this... To summarize my statements... Nexon is still overlooking us but yeah, they are trying. The patch delay is an example: they delay the patch and distract us with the mini 2x event this past weekend. And should we not still be in our first week of hunter 2x? o.O All of this is just a thought. EDIT: My post is in relation to the ip bannings for the most part.

I understand were they're trying to go with the new pw change, but I personally feel they shouldn't make us change it. I find it would be better to make HUGE annoying pop-up or something every 3 mounts for like a week saying we should change our passwords. But then after that week or so it goes away.

It is clear that they are trying to make maple have less problem spots but it appears that they have done little to nothing on their customer service department. Example #1, TODAY. Example #2, YESTERDAY. Do you get my point?
