Nexon customer support fails?

Two weeks ago, I sent Nexon a ticket regarding some inconsistencies with my Person Information. They still have not responded. I find that it is unacceptable for such a large gaming franchise to have such terrible Customer Service. Has anyone else had problems with their customer support?
