i was reading a thread and the person said with the new patch you get IP banned if you change passwords on 5 different accounts is that true? because my brother and i each have 1 account and i already changed the password on mine will his account gt banned if he changes his password?

My friend changed 2 accounts info with nexon's new system and he got baned on one but not the other. On the other hand, I only changed one account and I'm not baned and I live in USA.
