NeoCity, "The Truth behind that man"- Andys Damn Pocketwatch

I'm currently attempting to enter Neocity. So a run off of what ive done so far- (I'm doing this on a CK btw, CKs alloud to enter NeoCity?) Went to Magatia, talked to Hanh, then Ariant. Went to Orbis and spoke to the transport lady and completed that quest. Got referred to Andy at the forest of time. Told me to look for Andys Pocket watch, quest name: "The Truth behind that man" Ive looked at many guides, but they all seem to skip this part, correct me if I'm wrong. Now, its not the Time Travelers pocket Watch, i already have that in my inventory. So i attempted to enter the portal. A little box appears and asks me where i want to go, ie. Neocity?. "There is no where to go" says that little blue box. So is Neocity available to CK? Or have i done something wrong? Thanks in advance

Go into the Tera Tree, defeat the pathetic boss. Then you can go to the slime maps.

you have to fight NEX to get in, go to the big tree in the middle of the map, there is a partly hidden portal.

You need to find Andy's pocket watch. It's not the same as the time traveler's watch

Andy's pocket watch looks exactly like the Time Traveler's pocket watch. They both drop from mobs in Minar Forest.
