Is launching game from my desktop NOT suppose ro work? cuz it just did and im confuzzled... also i dun wanna be ipbanned D=

I started the game from my desktop after I changed my password and it worked perfectly fine, but that doesn't seem to be the case for a lot of people.

I got my main account banned...when i try to log in it says that my account has been permantly blocked.and it says that i have some billing issues but i never used paypal before.i always use NX CARDS so i don't know why i got banned..SO CAN U GUYS TELL ME WHY THIS HAPPENS?
