So, i had ALOT of WRs bandges i did quest, phantom seed one, im lvl 84 am i too low level? or what i wasted 9m on the seeds

Just go do the quests! They are really easy

talk to john barricade and do a lot of his quests lol they might take a while

I think you also have to do the Hyper Glyph quest, and maybe the Elpham Magnet, I can't remember .
