| Alright, I wanna get some points across here. My expieriences with Nexon haven't been good- for the least part. I don't remember ever getting treated like a hunman being. And why? Let me explain. In Spring of 2009, my main character got hacked for illegal cash transaction. I never had bought NX (at that time period), so how could I get banned for something that I clearly didn't do? Well, I tried to find out. Turns out when I was offline, my account was being "inspected" by some GM and they found some clues that lead to believe that I was selling NX to other people. I try to email the customer service, and I sad this "I had never had NX cash before....that's impossible, that couldn't have been me." I went on with reasoning of how I didn't deserve to get banned, and this what Nexon replied. "Thank you. Your comment has been taken into thought." WTF? Seriously? So at first I thought that they were going to re-examin my banning charges, but I tried logging in. 1 week later, I'm still banned. Heck, even 2 months later and I'm still banned. Finally, though, I decide to re-email Nexon. I sent the attachment of my previous email to them, and their reply, and told them what they did wrong. How stupid they're being, etc. And this was their NEXT reply: "We're sorry for inconvience. We will examine the problem later". What problem? The problem that I got banned 2+ months ago because of Nexon's lazy-bum GM crew? Well, I never got anything to get resolved. I ended up making a new Nexon account, but I still know that Nexon is a crappy company that doesn't deal with their customers. Unlike World of Warcraft, the forums wouldn't actually get looked over by GMs, and in fact, Nexon is very lazy when it comes to fixing any problem in the game. Server checks are short- one-2 hours. Now, most hackers don't actually banned in that short check. Blizzard (World of Warcraft" has 3-4 hour checks and they look EVERYWHERE to find problems and bugs and hackers. Next time you have a problem with Nexon, maybe they can help. But for me, all they did was give me hell. And that is why I think Nexon is a piece of ---- (PoS) company. |
