I logged on today, and it request I change my password. So im like aright cool, so I changed it then it says "A confirmation email has been sent". WTF! My account was given to me by a friend who lives somewhere in Toronto now. He created an account for me because my computer was getting fixed. I have no way of contacting him for the email he put in ): I've been playing maple for 3 years on this account multiple high levels and hundreds of millions meso lost along with NX. I sent a ticket in tho I believe they will help me. I guess maplestorys over ... for me. Goodluck, to all those who are in my situation! D:

There is no email, it is sent to you by nexon so you can cancel it if you didn't do this yourself. Nexon was actually pretty smart this time.

Okay, you know how you have to set a new password when you log on the site?, well it says 6-12 character password for current password also, and my password before that stupid patch was 13 characters, so now, i cant change my password, sent password reset, but aparently nexon's server is down or something like that, so i didnt even get the email to my email, im sureim not checking wrong emails, because i tried with emails whos passwords weren't 13 letters, and i still didnt get the email, down to the point, nexon let you use above 12 letter passwords before, but now they dont, but they wont let me change it from a 13 letter to a 12 or less letter, and im not getting emails for password resets. Please advise me on this, and if anyone can please send tickets about this.

theres a way of finding the email used for the account. go to maplestory.nexon.net click charge nexon cash and click 10,000nx then click pay by cash click continue and BAM theres the email used at the top

It's not the confirmation it's the one where you forgot your password so yeah same here except when I looked at email new pword wasn't here

I do have to know my e-mail and e-mail's password. The thing is, I dont know for sure what the email is because the site only gives like ______@somethingmail.com not the full one. On my other accounts I get the easier password change thing (Where you just put Old PW and New PW and confirm PW) but in this one it says I have to reactivate my account. That's why I cant get my account back if I dont know the pass of the old mail. Here is a picture to you all to see where I'm stuck at http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/125/adadadadaa.png I need serious help 'cause someone said that if you dont use your email for 2 years, it gets deleted :/ I wanna continue playing MapleStory and don't wanna lose it all because of something like this *****.
