Banned, billing problems?

This is extremely odd total I logged on the nexon website and I got a "your account been currently suspended due to payment issues". The thing is I haven't purchased NX in about 3 weeks and when I did I always bought using prepaid cards. The only time I used a credit card was during last year summer and I know I paid it off, since I personally paid my own bill. I never use my credit card now I always use my campus card which has money prepaid on it and I never use it from any sort of games. Should I just wait it out, try to log on tomorrow or try to contact nexon? I'm just thinking they made a mistake, I currently cant even log on my account so I cant check my account transaction. Ill be pretty mad if my account got banned for good, but meh whateveskies.

It's a glitch since your trying to log on during the WEBSITE SERVER MAINTENANCE you should be okay once it's over (: Try logging on after the WEBSITE SERVER MAINTENANCE is over (:

You have to log into the website first- then onto maple.

My other accounts as well is perfectly fine, even my odd acount 3 years ago, which back then I always used a credit card. btw you can log on the website and run your maple client it and apparently it works.

now, it says my acc is permanently blocked and that acc was working perfectly this morning
