ok the quests in neo city are lvls 70-90 so first off, dont bothter going xD BUT if u do reach 70+ heres how 1) go to Magatia talk to Hans the Broker, he will tell u to talk to the ticket guy in Ariant 2) Go to Orbis talk to the ticket lady 3) go to Leafre talk to the Ticket dude 4) go to Minar Forest, collect time warpers clock or something like that (looks like a pocket watch) 5) go to the portal in the top top, talk to andy --> Proceed to different realms of neo city at the end of each time stage u battle a boss, at the VERY VERY end u get a lvl 93 hat.

go to magiata to start the quest then go orbis> leafre ( u gotta go orbis for the quests) then at leafre its the second map to the right all the way up Edit: Dem ninja'ed

[/quote] you forgot to tell him to grab a drink and lots of candies and prepare to do quests til ur fingers hurt.

yea the 2nd quest when you are actually into neo city is so horrible 1 quest - kill slimes collect liquids 2 quest - collect 20 papers. omg this takes FOREVER and a note: you have to be in a party to end the time portal. if you leave your party you will get kicked out of neocity and have to find another time watch to go back in.

ok so neo city is for 70+ thats nice :D so wich lvl should i be after i finish all the quests ?
