So I check my order of shirt's tracking on UPS, I SHOULD be expecting it tomorrow. Guess what? It says there was a train derailment in San Pablo an hour ago. On search engines/news sites there is nothing about a train derailment, this also happened to other UPS users who say their packages also 'derailed in San Pablo'

It's not UPS' fault. It's the faulty train/tracks. If you want to blame someone blame the crappy mexicans who built that train track.

Since this thread is about UPS, I have a question. I have a CD that's supposed to be coming and I want to know if I have to sign for it. I know some packages you need to sign for, but I don't know what the requirements are for that. So does anybody know if I'll have to sign for a CD? If anybody can answer my question, thanks!

[/quote] Depends on the shipper. Check in the more information box when you track your package. Most likely you won't have to.
