Why is Neo City so nerfed?

Before the patch came out I saw a video of Neo Tokyo, I was thinking this would be awesome! New bosses like ht and pb, but no. They give us a bunch of crap nerfed monster. Even I could finish this easily. The original Bergamont 1 has 145,000,000 hp. Ours has 40,000 hp -.- Wtf is this? I was actually looking forward to this until it came out. And needing a time travelers watch every time? I took me 20 mins to get one (can't afford eraser). /end rant

I think it's because it was suppose to be "Exclusively" for jMS. But that's just my thought.

How do you even get there? I disconnect everytime I even try to go there. I have a feeling the path from kerning to NLC will be re-opened in v.84 =). Back to the topic- we got something in the end didn't we? It's better than nothing.

So far I've noticed that all areas created by specific regions have appeared in other versions of MS. The oldest I remember was Zigpangu (Japan), and that "exclusive" content has been shared on every MS version that I am aware of.

Lol, l'm low leveled and am disappointed about Neo City. This just means that the only thing left high levels have to look foward to is Ulu for now

Since when has JMS= NAMS we don't get the same things. They never said we're going to get it so yeah. Its not like they said YEAH WERE GOING TO GET JMS's NEOTOKYO SO BUY NX! And then release this Neocity. None of it happened so get used to it. Pretend like you've never heard of NeoTokyo because it never came out and never was brought to NAMS's server's mind. There.
