Why? Because if you lag in it, GM police think you're hacking. It says so right on my screen >_> And the ticket system is glitched again so I can't log a report. They never cease to disappoint and aggravate me.

If you kept attacked them when you were lagging, then you probably did some damage glitch that got you auto banned.
