i am lvl 77 ice mage and i am looking for neclaces.i wasted 1 hour and i didnt find 1 yet

to find bingo necklaces, you have to kill monsters at or higher than your level (or at least within the level range for the necklaces). Also, I believe that Masteria monsters don't drop them.

beetles in leafre! they drop alot. i got 20 in 10 minutes of grinding on 2x drop

I got 20 from skeledogs even when I was higher lvl then them, so gamey109 isn't right about that part. Don't know about if they are vic only, but that seems likely, since most event things are limited to vic.

You have to kill monsters of a certain level depending on your level to obtain necklaces.

I don't think it's related to level, I've gotten it on all sort of monsters, some are close to -20 my level. I've gotten all of mine in ludi. It's probably just chance though, I got like 3 in a row, then none for like 20 minutes, etc.
